BHT CLINIC Istanbul Tema Hospital Has Been Accredited by TÜSKA
BHT CLINIC Istanbul Tema Hospital has successfully completed the accreditation process and has been awarded the Gold Accreditation Certificate by the Türkiye Health Care Quality and Accreditation Institute (TÜSKA).
The certificate presentation ceremony was held on 23 June 2026 in the Main Conference Hall of BHT CLINIC Istanbul Tema Hospital. Opening remarks were delivered by Ms. Gül Engintepe, Quality Improvement and Development Manager; Dr. Reşat Bahat, Chairman of the Board of BHT CLINIC Istanbul Tema Hospital and President of the Private Hospitals and Healthcare Institutions Association (OHSAD); and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bayram Demir, President of TÜSKA.
During the ceremony, Dr. Reşat Bahat, President of OHSAD and Chairman of the Board of BHT CLINIC Tema Hospital, highlighted the relationship between accreditation and health tourism and emphasized the hospital’s position in the field of health tourism. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bayram Demir, President of TÜSKA, stated that quality and accreditation activities in healthcare make significant contributions to the institutional development of healthcare organizations, patient safety, and the sustainability of service quality, and congratulated BHT CLINIC Istanbul Tema Hospital on its achievement.
The TÜSKA SAS Accreditation Certificate, documenting the accreditation achievement of BHT CLINIC Istanbul Tema Hospital, was presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bayram Demir to Dr. Reşat Bahat, Chairman of the Board. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Ömer Kurnaz, General Manager of BHT CLINIC, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ajlan Kasabalıgil, Chief Physician, as well as healthcare professionals and other hospital staff.
It was stated that this achievement attained by BHT CLINIC Istanbul Tema Hospital, which provides healthcare services in accordance with international standards and prioritizes patient and employee safety, is an important indicator of its commitment to institutional development, service quality, and a culture of continuous improvement.
