Training and Evaluation Activities for TÜSKA Accreditation Have Been Completed at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Bishkek Kyrgyz-Turkish Friendship Public Hospital
Between 10–14 August 2026, our Institute successfully completed training and evaluation activities at the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Bishkek Kyrgyz-Turkish Friendship Public Hospital in Kyrgyzstan, with the aim of strengthening the quality management system in healthcare services and supporting preparations for accreditation.
Within this scope:
- The hospital’s clinical, administrative, and support services were reviewed in line with the Healthcare Accreditation Standards (SAS).
- Training sessions were conducted on quality management, patient and employee safety, risk management, document management, and accreditation processes.
- Assessments regarding the accreditation preparation process were carried out with hospital administrators and relevant department managers.
- Knowledge and experience were shared on the implementation of the Healthcare Accreditation Standards and the improvement of the quality management system.
Throughout the training, key topics included improving healthcare quality and patient safety in accordance with TÜSKA’s Healthcare Accreditation Standards, strengthening institutional capacity related to accreditation processes, and ensuring the effective integration of the standards into healthcare services.
Through these activities, a significant contribution was made to advancing the quality and accreditation efforts of the Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Bishkek Kyrgyz-Turkish Friendship Public Hospital. At the same time, another important step was taken towards strengthening technical cooperation between Türkiye and Kyrgyzstan in the field of healthcare quality and accreditation.
As part of its international cooperation activities, TÜSKA continues to share knowledge and experience aimed at improving quality and safety in healthcare services and to contribute to the wider adoption of a culture of healthcare accreditation.
