TÜSKA SAS Outpatient Healthcare Services Set (v2.0/2025) Published
TÜSKA SAS Outpatient Healthcare Services Set (v2.0/2025), which was re-accredited following an independent evaluation carried out by the ISQua External Evaluation Association (ISQua EEA), has been published on our Institute’s website with effect from 1 September 2026.
Information Regarding the Use of Version 2 of the TÜSKA SAS Outpatient Healthcare Services Set
Within the scope of the TÜSKA Outpatient Healthcare Services Accreditation Programme, healthcare facilities’ compliance with and transition to Version 2 of the Outpatient Healthcare Services Set will be carried out in accordance with the following provisions.
1. DATE OF ENTRY INTO FORCE:
The TÜSKA SAS Outpatient Healthcare Services Set v2/2025 will come into force on 1 March 2027, six months after the date of publication.
The use of the set that has come into force is mandatory for all inspections (Full Inspections and Interim Inspections) carried out after this date.
2. INITIAL APPLICATION:
a) Applications between 1 September 2026 and 28 February 2027: Inspections scheduled before 1 March 2027 will be carried out using the v1/2020 set.
Those scheduled on or after 1 March 2027 will be carried out using the v2/2025 set.
b) Applications from 1 March 2027 onwards: As the audit schedule is planned for 1 March 2027 and thereafter, applications and audits will be assessed and conducted in accordance with the v2/2025 set.
3. TRANSITION PERIOD:
The first audit (including interim and re-accreditation audits) to be carried out from 1 March 2027 onwards for healthcare facilities holding the current TÜSKA Outpatient Healthcare Services Accreditation certificate will be conducted in accordance with the TÜSKA SAS Outpatient Healthcare Services Set v2/2025.
4. TRANSITION PERIOD:
a) A six-month transition period is granted from 1 September 2026 to 28 February 2027 to enable healthcare facilities to comply with the new standards.
b) Existing Applications: For organisations whose applications were accepted on the date of the announcement, and which have either completed or not yet completed their self-assessment, the audit schedule is based on the core criteria.
Healthcare facilities with audits scheduled before 1 March 2027 will be audited against the v1/2020 set.
Those scheduled for 1 March 2027 or later will be audited against the v2/2025 set.
