TÜSKA, METU and Ankara City Hospital Signed a Cooperation Protocol
TÜSKA, Middle East Technical University and Ankara City Hospital signed a cooperation protocol aimed at improving patient and employees’ safety, and quality improvement. Within the scope of the protocol, it is targeted to implement a series of projects titled “TÜSKA Quality Improvement Applications: Academy – Hospital Activities”. It is also aimed to improve patient and employees’ satisfaction by eliminating errors, waste, delays and unsustainable costs in healthcare services, to increase good practice examples in health institutions and to create an environment of learning and experience sharing through joint projects by utilizing the knowledge in the field of industrial engineering in order to improve the health services delivery process and quality level.
