We attended Lean Hospital Symposium
The participants who are interested in healthcare service deliveries and lean approach took part at the symposium. Within the scope of three separate panels, the views were shared on Value-based Healthcare Services, Centres of Excellence in Health, and The Tips for Employees and Areas to Understand Idea of Lean. The specialists also answered the questions of participants on lean health.
Dr. Demet Gökmen Kavak, who is Manager of Department of Accreditation and Working Coordinator of Centre of Excellence, attended the symposium as a panelist, and informed the participants with the speech titled “Centre of Excellence via Lean Vision and TÜSKA”.
