TÜSKA Has Participated in the International Webinar Organised in Collaboration with ASQua and PCCI

The Türkiye Health Care Quality and Accreditation Institute (TÜSKA) participated in the international webinar organised online on 10 July 2026 in collaboration with the Indonesian Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS), the Patient Centered Care Institute (PCCI), and the Asian Society for Quality in Health Care (ASQua).

The webinar focused on current approaches to improving patient experience in healthcare services. The event brought together healthcare managers and healthcare professionals to discuss practices aimed at strengthening patient-centred healthcare services.

During the session titled "Patient Experience Design for Strategic Innovation: From Best Practice to Next Practice," it was emphasised that patient experience should not be assessed solely through patient satisfaction measurements, but should instead be regarded as a strategic component in the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of healthcare services.

The webinar addressed a range of key topics, including adopting a holistic approach to the patient care journey, ensuring the active involvement of patients and healthcare staff in service improvement, evaluating patient feedback alongside frontline observations, and strengthening patient-centred service delivery. Participants also exchanged information on practices aimed at improving care processes, effectively utilising digital technologies, and enhancing patient trust.

The event concluded with a question-and-answer session.

TÜSKA remains committed to closely following international developments in healthcare quality, accreditation, and patient-centred care, while continuing to contribute to international knowledge and experience sharing in these fields.
