TÜSKA Supported The International Health Tourism Congress (USAT 2025)
TÜSKA supported the 1st International Health Tourism Congress (USAT 2025) held on 26-27 June 2025 with the main theme of ‘sustainable health tourism’.
In the opening speech of the congress, TÜSKA Institute President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bayram DEMİR emphasised the importance of accreditation in health tourism and stated that TÜSKA accreditation is required to obtain the ‘Health Tourism Authorisation Certificate’ in our country. Later, in the panel discussion, Prof. Dr. Umut BEYLİK, Coordinator at TÜSKA, gave a presentation on accreditation in Türkiye. In the panel moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Keziban AVCI, TÜSKA Quality Management and Improvement Unit Manager, presentations were made on five different topics under the heading of ‘Sustainable Health Tourism and Applications.’ The promotion of accreditation in health tourism and the discussion of ideas related to this in scientific organisations are among the priority activities of TÜSKA.
