“TUSKA Standards of Accreditation in Health (SAS)" Set Suggestion Platform
Türkiye Health Care Quality and Accreditation Institute (TUSKA), established to carry out accreditation activities in healthcare services, is the first and only healthcare accreditation organization in Türkiye. TUSKA has developed Standards of Accreditation in Health (SAS) sets for five different service areas:
- SAS Hospital Set
- SAS Oral and Dental Health Services (ADSH) Set
- SAS Hemodialysis Center Kit
- SAS Laboratory Kit
- SAS Outpatient Healt Services Kit
In order to maintain the accreditation validity of the standards by the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua), efforts were initiated to combine the SAS Sets into a single set as of January 2023. As a result of these studies, TUSKA SAS (1st Draft) was prepared to cover hospitals, oral and dental health centers, dialysis centers, laboratories and medical centers.
Within the scope of the studies for the accreditation of TUSKA SAS (1st Draft) by ISQua, TUSKA SAS (1st Draft) is submitted to the evaluation of our valuable stakeholders through the Opinion Suggestion Platform. The standards will be finalized with the contributions of stakeholders and will be implemented in its final form.
