TÜSKA Has Been Participating in the 13th World Quality Day Organized by OHSAD
We participated in the 13th World Quality Safety event organized by the OHSAD Institute Quality and Accreditation Committee on 13 November 2025. After the opening speech of OHSAD President Dr. Reşat BAHAT, TÜSKA President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bayram DEMİR, after mentioning the importance of quality in healthcare services, provided information about the new period in TÜSKA Accreditation within the scope of the newly published regulations.
He stated that a categorization focused on Patient, Employee and Facility Safety has been introduced in the Health Accreditation Standards, and that with the implementation of the Accreditation Performance Indicator Set, accreditation will gain a value-based identity. He explained that with these arrangements, the Accreditation Programs have also transitioned to the Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Accreditation Certification process, and that the new system is expected to provide significant contributions to our healthcare system.
At the event attended by approximately 300 healthcare facility officials, speakers from sector representatives took part within the scope of World Quality Day. TÜSKA will continue to inform and guide the sector about the new period in accreditation.
