TÜSKA conducted an Accreditation Training at the Ankara Osmanlı Oral and Dental Health Hospital to improve the quality and safety of healthcare services.
TÜSKA provides on-site training programs for healthcare facilities. Within this scope, the ongoing training programs continued at Ankara Osmanlı Oral and Dental Health Hospital. The program was attended by Hospital Chief Physician Dt. Esra GÜVEN GÜRLEYEN, Health Accreditation Surveyors Volkan SOZAN and Zenciye KILIÇ KOÇAK, TÜSKA representative Meryem BAŞKARA, together with hospital top management, quality unit staff, and frontline healthcare professionals.
The interactive training covered on-site guidance on improving the quality of healthcare services, ensuring patient and staff safety, patient and system traceability, continuous improvement, and compliance with accreditation standards.
