Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Ministry of Health Hosts Sixth Online Training Program on Quality Management

As part of the efforts carried out to strengthen the quality management system in hospitals affiliated with the Ministry of Health of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, the sixth session of the online training program titled “Corporate Service Management Standards, Quality Management Structure, Goal Management and Improvement, Document Management Standards, and Healthcare Service Standards (Pharmacy Services)” was held on April 9, 2026.

The training program was conducted by TÜSKA Quality Scientific Committee Member, Pharmacist Ercan Koca. Within the scope of the program, the practices that should be implemented in healthcare facilities were discussed, and the contributions of standards to improving service quality across all processes related to healthcare delivery were evaluated in detail.

A total of 37 participants from various healthcare institutions attended the event. It was emphasized that the systematic implementation of standards-based practices in healthcare facilities would make a significant contribution to enhancing the quality of healthcare services, improving practices, and establishing a sustainable quality culture.
