The Seventh Online Training Program on Quality and Accreditation Held in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus

As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the quality management system in hospitals affiliated with the Ministry of Health of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, the seventh online training program titled “Standards for Access to Care, Safety Reporting Standards, Indicator Management Standards, Information Management Standards, and Emergency Management Standards” was held on April 16, 2026.

The training program was conducted by Pharm. Ercan Koca, Member of the TÜSKA Quality Science Board. During the program, practices that should be implemented in healthcare facilities were discussed, and the contributions of these standards to improving service quality across all healthcare delivery processes were evaluated in detail.

A total of 39 participants from various healthcare institutions attended the event. It was emphasized that the systematic implementation of standards-based practices in healthcare facilities would make a significant contribution to enhancing the quality of healthcare services, improving practices, and establishing a sustainable culture of quality.
