The Second Day of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Quality Training Program Held
The Quality Training Program, organized by TÜSKA as the first step in establishing a quality and accreditation system in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), continued with strong participation on its second day.
Held on April 15, 2025, the program focused on the integration of quality standards into various aspects of healthcare services. The day began with a presentation by Pharmacist Ercan KOCA on “Information Management,” followed by a session by Dentist Abdullah Cüneyt BESLER on “Facility Management,” where he discussed the management of physical infrastructure in healthcare institutions.
Professor Dr. Ayşegül ÇOPUR ÇİÇEK delivered a presentation on the implementation of quality standards in “Laboratory Services.” Subsequent sessions included “Indicator Management” by Seval ÇİFTÇİ, “Patient Safety” by Şakire ŞAHİNBAŞ, “Education Management in Healthcare Facilities” by Lecturer Songül YORGUN, and finally, “Incident Reporting Systems and the Management of Patient Feedback” presented by Dr. Emine Elvan ÇİFTLİK.
