The Fifth Online Training Program on Quality and Accreditation in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Has Been Held
As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen quality management systems in hospitals affiliated with the Ministry of Health of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, the fifth session of the online training program titled “Standards for Transfusion Services, Endoscopy Services, Imaging Services, and Nuclear Medicine Services” was held on April 2, 2026.
The training program was conducted by Specialist Dr. Mehmet Oldacay, Member of the TÜSKA Appeals and Complaints Evaluation Committee. During the program, the practices required to be implemented in healthcare facilities were discussed, and the contributions of
these standards to improving service quality across all healthcare delivery processes were evaluated in detail.
The event brought together a total of 49 participants from various healthcare institutions. It was emphasized that the systematic implementation of standards-based practices in healthcare facilities would make a significant contribution to enhancing the quality of healthcare services, improving practices, and establishing a sustainable culture of quality.
