The 5th Training of the 2025 TÜSKA Surveyor Training Program Webinar Series Was Successfully Held
The 5th training session of the 2025 TÜSKA Surveyor Training Program Webinar Series was conducted online on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, between 20:30 and 22:30.
The session commenced with an opening speech by TÜSKA President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bayram Demir. In his speech, Dr. Demir highlighted that significant responsibilities have been assigned to TÜSKA with the regulatory changes enacted on January 30, 2025. He emphasized that healthcare accreditation surveyors will play a crucial role in this process. Additionally, he stated that the capacity of surveyors will be utilized effectively in upcoming accreditation audits and announced that a training program will soon be launched to increase surveyor capacity. Dr. Demir concluded his remarks by underlining the importance of these webinar sessions in enhancing the knowledge and experience of surveyors, alongside theoretical and practical training, and wished all participants a productive learning experience.
Following the TÜSKA President’s speech, TÜSKA Healthcare Accreditation Trainer, Specialist Ayşe Sibel Gültürk, delivered a presentation on "Preparing Accreditation Audit Reports with Case Examples." The training covered key topics, including the standardization of audit reports, the role and importance of evidence-based information and documents in reporting, and the quality of reporting in determining compliance levels. These aspects were discussed through various case studies to provide practical insights.
