SAS Outpatient Health Services SAS (v1.0/2020) Set Indicator Management Guide, prepared by the Turkish Institute for Healthcare Quality and Accreditation (TÜSKA), has been published on the official website and entered into force.
The guide was developed to establish a systematic structure for indicator management processes carried out in healthcare facilities, standardize data collection and analysis methods, ensure the effective evaluation of measurement results, and strengthen continuous improvement activities.
Within the scope of the SAS Outpatient Health Services SAS (v1.0/2020) Set Indicator Management Guide the guide comprehensively addresses the definitions, calculation methods, data sources, and analysis periods related to the indicators. It also provides a framework for monitoring clinical, managerial, and support processes through an integrated approach. In addition, the guide outlines the principles regarding the preparation of indicator cards, target setting, monitoring, evaluation, and improvement activities.
