Quality Training Program Held by TUSEB-TUSKA for TRNC Ministry of Health
The five-day Quality Training Program, which is the first of the activities planned for the establishment of a quality and accreditation system in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), was successfully held by TUSEB-TUSKA on April 14, 2025 with the participation of TRNC Ministry of Health managers and employees. The program started with the opening speeches of TUSKA President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bayram DEMİR, Undersecretary of TRNC Ministry of Health Assoc. Dr. Düriye Deren OYGAR and President of TUSEB Prof. Dr. Ümit KERVAN. Within the scope of the program, Dr. Abdullah ÖZTÜRK presented “The Journey of Quality in Health in Turkey”, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Keziban AVCI presented “Quality and the Concept of Quality in Health”, Şerife ENGELOĞLU presented “Understanding and Interpreting Standards Correctly”, Prof. Dr. Umut BEYLİK presented “Institutional Structure and Quality Management”, Uzm. Elif ÖZYURT on “Document Management” and Ferhat SOYORAL on “Hospitality Services”.
