Integration of ERAS Applications into Quality and Accreditation System Meeting Was Held
On 18 April 2025, an evaluation meeting was held on the association of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) / Acceleration of Recovery After Surgery practices with the quality and accreditation system in order to increase patient safety, quality of care and efficiency in healthcare services.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Hasan GÜLER, Advisor to the Minister of Health, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bayram DEMİR and TÜSKA team, President of TÜSEB-Turkey Institute of Health Services Quality and Accreditation (TÜSKA), Directorate General of Health Services, Head of Department of Quality, Accreditation and Employee Rights in Health, Uzm. Dr Dilek TARHAN and her team, ERAS Association President Neslihan ALKIŞ and Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Mine GÜRSAÇ ÇELİK and other field experts participated in the meeting. At the end of the meeting, activities for the maturation of the studies will continue.
