Accreditation Training Has Been Conducted at Private Nilüfer Doruk Hospital

An Accreditation Training was conducted on February 26–27, 2026, at Private Nilüfer Doruk Hospital by the Türkiye Healthcare Quality and Accreditation Institute (TÜSKA), with the aim of enhancing quality and safety in healthcare services.

Within the scope of on-site accreditation training programs for healthcare facilities, the hospital was visited as part of the TÜSKA Institution-Based Practical Accreditation Training Program. The program was attended by Bursa Private Nilüfer Doruk HospitalGeneral Manager Uzm. Dr. Ayhan Kalyoncu, Quality and Accreditation Director Selami Tavukçuoğlu, hospital management, and healthcare professionals working in clinical departments. The training was delivered by Healthcare Accreditation Surveyors Dt. Volkan Sozan, Zenciye Kılıç Koçak, Uzm. Dr. Merve Tarakçı Targal, and İhsan Pehlivaner.

During the training process, the hospital’s operational procedures were comprehensively reviewed within the framework of accreditation standards, and guidance was provided to participants. In the interactive sessions, compliance with accreditation standards was evaluated in practice through patient and system tracer methodologies.

The accreditation trainings organized by TÜSKA continue to make significant contributions to ensuring that healthcare services achieve a safe, high-quality, and sustainable structure.
