Accreditation Training Has Been Conducted at Private Istanbul Başarı Hospital
Organized by the Türkiye Institute for Healthcare Quality and Accreditation (TÜSKA) with the aim of enhancing quality and safety in healthcare services, an Accreditation Training was held at Private Istanbul Başarı Hospital on February 26–27, 2026.
As part of the on-site accreditation training programs conducted for healthcare institutions, Private Istanbul Başarı Hospital was visited on this occasion. The TÜSKA Institution-Based Practical Accreditation Training Program was attended by the Chairman of the Board of Private Istanbul Başarı Hospital, Op. Dr. Hicabi Gökdereli; Chief Physician, Op. Dr. Kenan Çalışkan; Quality Management Director, Erdal Yaldız; hospital executives; quality unit staff; and healthcare professionals working in clinical departments. The training was delivered by Healthcare Accreditation Surveyors Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tuncay Palteki, Melek Kamacı, Şaduman Özbay, and Specialist Dr. Hamit Zafer Güven.
Throughout the training, the hospital’s operations were comprehensively reviewed within the framework of accreditation standards, and participants were provided with practical guidance. Conducted in an interactive format, the program also evaluated the level of compliance with accreditation standards through hands-on applications using patient tracer and system tracer methodologies.
The accreditation training programs organized by TÜSKA continue to make significant contributions to ensuring that healthcare services achieve a safe, high-quality, and sustainable structure.
