Accreditation Training Has Been Conducted at Private Adana Ortadoğu Hospital

An Accreditation Training was conducted on 25–26 February 2026 at Private Adana Ortadoğu Hospital by the Türkiye Healthcare Quality and Accreditation Institute (TÜSKA) with the aim of enhancing quality and safety in healthcare services.

Within the scope of on-site accreditation training programs for healthcare facilities, the hospital was visited as part of the TÜSKA Institution-Based Practical Accreditation Training Program. The program was attended by Private Adana Ortadoğu Hospital Nursing Services Manager Ülkü İzgır, Performance Development and Quality Director Ebru Demir, Administrative Affairs Manager Ergün Can Koca, and healthcare professionals working in clinical departments. The training was delivered by Healthcare Accreditation Surveyors Uzm. Dr. Dudu Uçar Dede, Uzm. Celile Öztürk, Hacer Gedik, Ebru Kaya Var, and Dr. Ümit Gül.

During the training, the hospital’s operational processes were comprehensively reviewed within the framework of accreditation standards, and participants were provided with guidance. In the interactive sessions, compliance with accreditation standards was evaluated in practice using patient and system tracer methodologies.

The accreditation trainings organized by TÜSKA continue to contribute significantly to ensuring that healthcare services achieve a safe, high-quality, and sustainable structure.
