Accreditation Training Has Been Conducted at Konya Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine Hospital
An accreditation training program aimed at enhancing quality and safety in healthcare services was conducted by the Türkiye Healthcare Quality and Accreditation Institute (TÜSKA) at Konya Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine Hospital on March 25–26, 2026.
As part of TÜSKA’s on-site accreditation training programs for healthcare facilities, Konya Selçuk University Faculty of Medicine Hospital was visited on this occasion. The TÜSKA Institutional-Based Practical Accreditation Training Program was attended by the Rector of Konya Selçuk University, Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Yılmaz; the Chief Physician of the Faculty of Medicine Hospital, Prof. Dr. İlhan Ece; Deputy Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Aladdin Yorulmaz; and healthcare professionals working in various clinical departments. The training was delivered by Accreditation Surveyors Dt. Volkan Sozan, Dr. Hülya Şahin, and Specialist Nurse Özlem Bilgin.
During the training, the hospital’s operational processes were comprehensively reviewed within the framework of accreditation standards, and participants were provided with practical guidance. The interactive sessions addressed compliance with accreditation standards through hands-on applications using patient and system tracer methodologies.
The accreditation trainings organized by TÜSKA continue to make significant contributions to ensuring that healthcare services achieve a safe, high-quality, and sustainable structure.
