Accreditation Training Conducted at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Faculty of Dentistry Hospital
An Accreditation Training was conducted at Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Faculty of Dentistry Hospital on 18–19 June 2026 by the Türkiye Healthcare Quality and Accreditation Institute (TÜSKA) with the aim of enhancing quality and safety in healthcare services.
As part of TÜSKA’s on-site accreditation training programs for healthcare institutions, a visit was carried out to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Faculty of Dentistry Hospital.
The TÜSKA Institution-Based Practical Accreditation Training Program was attended by Prof. Dr. Oğuz Köse, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry Hospital; Associate Professor Dr. Taha Emre Köse, Vice Dean; Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammed Enes Naralan, Vice Dean; Seda Yıldız, Quality Management Officer; and healthcare professionals working in the hospital's clinics. Healthcare Accreditation Surveyors Dt. Yunus Yalçın and Melek Kamacı served as the trainers during the program.
Throughout the training, the hospital’s operations were comprehensively evaluated in line with accreditation standards, and participants were provided with practical guidance to support accreditation readiness. Conducted in an interactive format, the program also included practical assessments of compliance with accreditation standards through patient tracer and system tracer methodologies.
The accreditation training programs organized by TÜSKA continue to contribute to strengthening the culture of quality in healthcare institutions, enhancing patient and staff safety, and supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare services.
