Accreditation Training Conducted at Kula Public Hospital

An Accreditation Training was conducted at Kula Devlet Hastanesi in Manisa on April 27–28, 2026, by the Türkiye Healthcare Quality and Accreditation Institute (TÜSKA), with the aim of enhancing quality and safety in healthcare services.

As part of TÜSKA’s on-site accreditation training programs for healthcare institutions, Kula Devlet Hastanesi was visited on this occasion.

The TÜSKA Institution-Based Practical Accreditation Training Program was attended by Kula Devlet Hastanesi Chief Physician Specialist Dr. Cansu Sarıgül, Healthcare Services Manager/Quality Management Officer Elif Şentürk, Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager Mehmet Ali Karabulut, Deputy Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager Muammer İnal, as well as healthcare professionals working in clinical units. The training was delivered by Healthcare Accreditation Surveyors Prof. Dr. Gülcan Coşkun Akar, Hülya Şahin, Specialist Dr. Lale Tolu, and Hacer Kundakçı.

During the training process, the hospital’s operations were comprehensively addressed within the framework of accreditation standards, and participants were provided with practical and guiding information. Conducted in an interactive manner, the training also included hands-on evaluation of compliance with accreditation standards through the use of patient and system tracer methodologies.

TÜSKA’s accreditation training programs continue to make significant contributions to ensuring that healthcare services achieve a safe, high-quality, and sustainable structure.
