Accreditation Training Conducted at Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry Hospital
An accreditation training was conducted at Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry Hospital on April 7–8, 2026, by the Türkiye Healthcare Quality and Accreditation Institute (TÜSKA), with the aim of improving quality and safety in healthcare services.
As part of on-site accreditation training programs organized for healthcare facilities, Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry Hospital was visited for this session.
The TÜSKA Institution-Based Practical Accreditation Training Program was attended by the Rector of Dicle University, Prof. Dr. Kamuran Eronat; Vice Rector responsible for healthcare services, Prof. Dr. Velat Şen; Chief Physician of Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry Hospital, Prof. Dr. Zelal Seyfioğlu Polat; Quality Management Officer and Deputy Chief Physician, Prof. Dr. Seher Gündüz Aslan; as well as healthcare professionals working in clinical units. The training was delivered by Accreditation Surveyors Prof. Dr. Gülcan Coşkun Akar, Ferhat Soyoral, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serkan Dedeoğlu, Dr. Mahmut Yılmaz, and Dentist Kamuran Tan.
During the training, the hospital’s operational processes were comprehensively reviewed within the framework of accreditation standards, and participants were provided with practical guidance. The interactive sessions addressed compliance with accreditation standards through hands-on applications using patient and system tracer methodologies.
The accreditation trainings organized by TÜSKA continue to make significant contributions to ensuring that healthcare services achieve a safe, high-quality, and sustainable structure.
