Accreditation Training Conducted at Adana City Training and Research Hospital
An accreditation training was conducted at Adana City Training and Research Hospital on April 14–15–16–17, 2026, by the Türkiye Healthcare Quality and Accreditation Institute (TÜSKA) with the aim of enhancing quality and safety in healthcare services.
As part of the on-site accreditation training programs organized for healthcare institutions, Adana City Training and Research Hospital was visited in this round. The TÜSKA Institution-Based Practical Accreditation Training Program was attended by Dr. Özgür Kara, Deputy Chief Physician; Nilüfer Başak, Director of Healthcare Services; Neşe Şenel, Quality Management Officer; and healthcare professionals working in various clinics. The training was delivered by Healthcare Accreditation Surveyors Dr. İshak Basatemur, Esengül Purkuloğlu, Dr. Hülya Ören, Dr. Reyhan Mazı, and Yeter Başarı.
During the training, the hospital’s operations were comprehensively reviewed within the framework of accreditation standards, and participants were provided with guidance-oriented information. Conducted in an interactive manner, the training also included practical applications assessing compliance with accreditation standards through patient and system tracer methodologies.
Accreditation trainings organized by TÜSKA continue to make significant contributions to achieving a safe, high-quality, and sustainable structure in healthcare services.
