Accreditation Standards in Health (ASH) – Haemodialysis Centre Set by the Ministry of Health was first accredited by ISQua (The International Society for Quality in Health Care) in 2014.
Accreditation Standards in Health (ASH) – Haemodialysis Centre Set was reaccredited in March 2019 following expiration of 4-year accreditation period, and the accreditation validity period of set have been extended until March 2023.
The second reaccreditation studies for ASH - Haemodialysis Centre Set are conducted by Turkish Health Care Quality and Accreditation Institute.
Within the scope of revision studies carried out in line with standard improvement algorithm related to accreditation process of ASH - Haemodialysis Centre Set, it is of great importance to receive opinions and suggestions of stakeholders on ASH - Haemodialysis Centre Set.
