Second Ordinary Meeting of the TÜSKA Quality Scientific Committee Held
The Quality Scientific Committee of our Institute held its second ordinary meeting on August 3, 2026, under the chairmanship of TÜSKA President Assoc. Prof. Bayram Demir. During the meeting, the previous committee decisions were evaluated, potential activities to be carried out within the scope of the SAS Climate Change and Sustainability standard were discussed, and quality-focused activities, particularly those related to the United Nations Climate Change Conference, were addressed.
The meeting started with the opening speech of Assoc. Prof. Bayram Demir and continued with a presentation by the Quality Improvement, Project, and Training Management Unit. Subsequently, Quality Scientific Committee Member and Ankara University faculty member Asst. Prof. Yonca Özatkan delivered a presentation on the agenda items.
Prof. Dr. Gülen Güllü, a faculty member at Hacettepe University, and Ankara University faculty members Assoc. Prof. Perihan Şenel Tekin and Assoc. Prof. Mahmut Kılıçarslan, who were invited to the meeting, shared their evaluations and contributions regarding the agenda. Following the discussion of the views and questions of the committee members, the meeting was concluded.
