The Fourth Day of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus Quality Training Program Held
The fourth day of the Quality Training Program, organized by TÜSKA and the first of the activities aimed at establishing a quality and accreditation system in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, was successfully completed.
The fourth day of the program, held on April 17, 2025, started with the opening speech of TÜSKA President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bayram DEMİR, followed by the Ministerial Advisor of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey, Dr. Hasan GÜLER, titled “Achievements of Türkiye-KKTC Quality Cooperation in Health”.
In the first presentation of the training program that started after the opening speech; “Operating Room Services”, which has an important place in terms of safe surgery in health facilities, was discussed by Specialist Dr. Ayhan KALYONCU. Following the presentation in which key points regarding “Infection Control” were conveyed by Ganime SEVİNÇ; “Patient Information and Consent Processes” training was given by Dr. Özlem ECEMİŞ. In the last part of the training; “Sterilization Services” was discussed by Prof. Dr. Ayşegül ÇOPUR ÇİÇEK, “Intensive Care Services” was presented by Specialist Dr. Muhammed Emin ÇELİK, and “Neonatal Intensive Care Services” was presented by Prof. Dr. Şerife Suna OĞUZ.
